CAFAM’s Chinese School will perform on Saturday, February 4, at Westbrook Middle School, probably at 11 a.m. Rehearsals will take place on Sunday afternoons in January at Maine State Ballet in Falmouth. There is a participation fee of $20 that helps cover the costs of costumes and rehearsals.
Please register by November 19, 2011. We cannot accept new participants after this date.
Please list each child who will be participating and make note where indicated of the size costume they need. Please use the chart below to determine the right size.
If your child would like to be part of the martial-arts demonstration, please indicate interest in the box that appears by his or her name.

Children’s costume sizes
We need your child’s size so we can order their proper costume size. We place one bulk order direct from China, so we need your help to secure the correct information. Here are some tips:
1. Measure your child and compare the measurements to this chart to find their size. (Note: Use their largest measurement to ensure proper fit – we can shorten costumes, but we cannot make costumes larger if they are too small).
2. If you have last year’s costume, take a look at the label and compare the size; this year’s costume should not be a smaller size; in fact, it most likely should be a size or two larger this year.
3. For our smallest children, please note that there is no Size 3 in our costume sizing; go up a size if your child measures “in-between” sizes.
